All services will be delivered as described on our website or in your booking agreement.
Packages, pricing, and services are subject to change but will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Any custom requests or additional services must be agreed in writing before the event or project date.
2. Booking and Payments
To secure a date, a signed contract and deposit are required.
Remaining balances must be paid according to the schedule outlined in your contract.
Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation or delay in delivery of your final materials.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing.
Deposits are non-refundable, except where required by law.
If Charlie Hooks Visuals must cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund of any payments made.
4. Intellectual Property
All photographs, films, and materials produced by Charlie Hooks Visuals are protected by copyright.
Charlie Hooks Visuals retains ownership of all content, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use images and videos for personal use, including printing, sharing on social media, and personal keepsakes.
Commercial use, resale, or reproduction without prior written permission is prohibited.
5. Delivery of Materials
Estimated delivery times will be confirmed in your contract.
While we strive to meet delivery dates, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Final delivery is typically via digital download or private online gallery.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate event information and reasonable access to the venue and participants.
Charlie Hooks Visuals is not responsible for missed shots due to guests, venue restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
7. Liability
Charlie Hooks Visuals will take every reasonable care with your photographs and films.
Liability is limited to the total amount paid for services.
Charlie Hooks Visuals is not responsible for loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control, including technical failures, accidents, or natural disasters.
8. Privacy
Personal information collected during bookings or through the website will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.
